  • While SIPs may have a higher upfront cost, their energy efficiency, quick construction times, and long-term benefits can result in cost savings over the life of the building.
  • SIPs offer several benefits, including high energy efficiency, quick installation, reduced construction waste, and superior strength. They also provide better insulation compared to traditional construction methods.
  • We manufacture the following size SIP panels:
    • 97mm SIP Panels – 3000mm x 1220mm
    • 122mm SIP Panels – 3000mm x 1220mm
    • 147mm SIP Panels – 3000mm x 1220mm
    • 172mm SIP Panel – 2440mm x 1220mm
    • 147mm SIP Panel – 2440mm x 1220mm
    • 122mm SIP Panel – 2440mm x 1220mm
    • 72mm SIP Panel – 2440mm x 1220mm
    • 97mm SIP Panel – 2440mm x 1220mm
  • SIPs are structural insulated panels composed of PUR (polyurethane)core sandwiched between two structural facings, typically oriented strand board (OSB).
  • SIPs are used as building material for walls, roofs, and floors. They replace traditional framing materials and insulation, providing a more energy-efficient and faster construction process.
  • SIPs minimize thermal bridging and air leakage, providing a continuous and effective thermal barrier. This contributes to maintaining a consistent indoor temperature and reducing the need for additional heating or cooling.
